Gambling Act 2005 – Statement of Principles

Sedgefield Borough Council gives notice that the Gambling Act 2005 Statement of Principles was approved at a meeting of the Council held on the 24th November 2006. In accordance with Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005 the Statement of Principles will be published on the 3rd January 2007 and will come into force on the 31st January 2007. The Statement will be available on the Council’s website from the 3rd January 2007. Copies will be provided for inspection in public libraries and will also be available at the main Council offices.
