Appeals against Planning Decisions
How do I make an appeal?
If a planning application is refused, an appeal against the decision can be made to the Planning Inspectorate who act on behalf of the Secretary of State for England & Wales. A planning appeal usually takes approximately 13 weeks to process. To find out more about making a planning appeal, please visit the Planning Portal or the Planning Inspectorate websites.
