Welcome to Sedgefield Borough Council's Online Planning Application Register. This register contains details of applications received to the authority and all decisions made by the authority since 1983. The register permits you to track the progress of an application from submission to decision. The register also contains some of the documents associated with an application for example plans, drawings etc but this is only for those applications outstanding or received since 1 December 2005.

We also maintain a separate register of Decision Notices that you can view which are updated on a weekly basis.

While the Online Application Register endeavours to be a complete register of all applications received by the authority the material on the web site does not represent the full Register and that certain information may be withheld with full access only being provided at the Council's offices.

We also provide the facility to comment on current applications through the application register or through our Comments page.

In using the online application register you are also complying to our Webclick Licence.
