Corporate Plan 2006/07 to 2008/09

The Council has now produced its third Corporate Plan. The Plan sets out the Council's aims and ambitions for the next three years and our commitment to providing quality services for the people of the Borough. It also sets out our aim to become an "excellent" Council and outlines how we will work with our partners to achieve our ambitions.

The plan itself is supported by five key strategic Delivery Plans. These Delivery Plans address our four Ambitions and the Corporate Values by which we will deliver these ambitions. They also link the actions we will take to the priorities within the Community Strategy.
