Sedgefield Borough Council has changed the way in which it delivers its customer service to members of the public.
The idea of the new customer services section is to avoid being passed around between different departments. The customer services team do the running around on your behalf and will chase up any enquiries and will get back to you with a response if required.
Our staff are multi-skilled and will act on your behalf to access any service you require. If they cannot help they will put you in touch with someone who can.

The future plans for the service are to include all customer interactions with our customers aimed at resolving 80% of transactions at first point of contact
