You are welcome to apply for a proxy vote if you are unable to go to your Polling Station on election day. A proxy is someone who will go to the polling station and vote with your authority on your behalf.
If you wish to apply for a proxy vote for a particular election or for an extended period click on the link in the column to the right.
Remember there is always a deadline for receipt of proxy applications in time for an election. This deadline will be advertised closer to the election date but you are strongly advised to complete and send in your application early. Don't wait until the election date is known.
Alternatively you can pick up an application form at the Council Offices, Green Lane or contact the Electoral Registration Office on 01388 824304 to request a form.
